DELIVERY COSTS
You can work out the cost of your order on the checkout page, once you’ve added everything you want to buy to your basket.
PREPARATION TIME
We know you are looking forward to receiving your new handcrafted piece of jewelry, just as we are looking forward to you getting it. For this reason, we provide a table below with the estimated delivery times.
The total delivery time is the sum of the order preparation time plus the shipping time.
During normal periods, it takes us 1 to 2 business days to get your package ready, but please keep in mind that during special periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day…) your order may take up to 4 business days to be prepared.
Also, remember that shipping times may vary due to reasons beyond our control.

PRODUCTION TIME FOR CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Personalised products may take up to 3 working days to prepare.
If you have decided to create your own custom metal stamp, this product can take up to 25 calendar days to be prepared. We know it is a long time, but please bear in mind that it will take us 3-4 days to prepare the design and get your approval. To this, we add about 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture the stamp and have it delivered to our workshop. And finally, 1 to 2 days to get your piece of jewelry ready to be shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you decide you need to return your product, you can easily do so by sending us an email at info@joiawild.com or by messaging us on WhatsApp at (+34) 611 597 966, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
You have 15 days from receipt of your jewellery.
The cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse will be covered by the customer, unless it is a defective product. For this reason, it is important to state the reason for the return.
The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and with all the items that were included in it.
PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
All pieces with custom engravings cannot be returned under any circumstances.
FAULTY PRODUCT
If you find yourself in a situation where you have received a product that has turned out to be defective with use, don’t worry, let us know by sending an email to info@joiawild.com or by writing to us on WhatsApp at (+34) 611 597 966, indicating your order number. Please attach any photos you consider necessary to show us the flaw.
The shipping costs for the return and for sending the new product are on us.
We care deeply about the quality of our jewelry, but we know we are human and there are many circumstances that can cause a product to have a flaw.
FAILURE TO DELIVER
Once 15 days have passed since the package has been available for delivery and it was not possible to deliver it to you, the package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded the full price of the product, minus any shipping and return costs incurred.
PACKAGING
At Joia Wild, we only use eco-friendly and sustainable packaging. The cardboard used comes from sustainable forests and the inner pouches are made of 100% organic cotton.
